You can decide if you prefer to work fully remotely from your home office anywhere in Europe, go the hybrid way, or visit the office regularly. Our beautiful and modern office in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg offers everything you need to work productively and collaborate with your colleagues in person. Our huge rooftop terrace allows us to hang out together, and we’re looking forward to you joining us at next Friday’s BBQ. If you prefer working fully remotely, we’ll fly you in at least twice a year to join our all-in-person team gatherings. No matter where you’re based, we offer you even more flexibility with our WLX Workation policy, which allows you to move your home office to the beach, the countryside, or anywhere else you want to work from for a limited period.
