Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take until I hear back from you?
We usually reply within one or two business days. Sometimes it might take a bit longer but you will definitely hear from us within 1 week.
What kind of feedback will I get after my interview?
Regardless of your current stage in the recruitment process, you will definitely hear back from us with a short feedback on whether or not we would like to continue the process with you. In case of a negative decision we will give you a short summary of reasons behind our decision.
Why do I need to do a case study?
Most of our jobs require specific technical skills that are hard to cover in an interview. A case study allows you to show your technical expertise and at the same time get some examples of what the actual job will look like.
Who will I meet during the interview process?
Our interview process involves meeting our Talent Acquisition Manager as well as your future Line Manager. During the last step of our process you will also have the chance to meet some of your future colleagues as well as the most important stakeholders. We believe this provides you with a good overview of the people you’re going to work with at WLX. However, if there’s someone you specifically would like to meet, just let us know.
There’s no open role that’s suitable for me. Can I still apply?
We’re always open to getting to know you. Please feel free to send us your CV via e-mail or our contact form. If we believe your profile might be a match for any future role, we’re happy to add you to our talent pool. However, we cannot promise that a suitable role will come up in the future.

Do I need to relocate to Berlin?

We’re a hybrid company with colleagues working from all over Europe. We’re happy to help you with your relocation to Berlin but it’s definitely not a must. You can also chose to work remote from where you’re currently based. Learn more about our hybrid work philosophy here.

What if I would like to relocate?
If you prefer to move to Berlin for your new job at WLX, we’re happy to support you with your relocation and visa application. We’re already looking forward to meeting you in person!
