Our recruitment Process:
The number and format of interviews that you’ll go through will be personalized to your skillset and the type of role that you’re looking for. We want to give everyone the best chance of representing their abilities. Everyone starts with one or two phone interviews an d if we think there’s a fit, we’ll bring you onsite for a round of in-person interviews.
The HR-department will set up the interview by mobile or by Skype.
Our Phone Interviews can take 20 to 45 minutes and we might need to conduct up to 2 interviews, depending on the position (either junior or senior) and interviews can be with the HR-Manager or with our CEO.
There will be detailed questions about your tasks and duties. In general, you should be prepared to talk about your background, experiences and expectations in WLX. We care about you, right from the beginning! So please, don´t be afraid to ask questions. Have in mind – there are no wrong questions!
After the first interview, we will try to get back to you very quickly to either set up the second interview or bring you on-site. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us and ask about your recruitment status.

If the phone interview(s) go well, we would like to meet you in person, so we will set up the visit into our office on the 6th floor in Adlershof, Berlin.

When having your interview with the CEO/team lead, please tell us what you’re passionate about.
We want to know what motivates the people we meet. There’s no wrong answer, as we just want to see you get fired up about something you love. Sometimes we also ask you to do a case study, basically to see h ow you start with projects. Also, since the case study is position-related, it gives you the first impression of your new tasks at WLX.
